I have teamed up with the lovely Nadine from @nadiiife to bring you this token. Nadine is an extremely talented musician and photographer. As a self proclaimed "fairy", you can guess that her style is magical, dreamy, and delightful. Her music is divine and I fell in love with her energy right away.
Nadine wanted this token to represent "hope". Hope is not only the meaning of her name, "Nadine" but the idea of hope is also important to her. Having a positive outlook and cherishing the idea that things will change for the better is what keeps us all going.
The daffodil also symbolises "the sun shines when I am with you", "respect", and "vitality". Making it the perfect gift to show your loved one how much you appreciate all the joy they bring to your life. Buying it for yourself and mentally attaching your affirmations to it could turn it into your daily reminder of how good life is.
I love the following affirmations and sayings to help focus on these meanings :
"My actions reflect my hopes, not my fears" (taken from a Nelson Mandela quote)
"I nourish my body with love and respect"
"Another day to shine my light and be grateful for all my abundance"
All aspects of my tokens are carefully considered. Not only are the flowers carefully chosen for their sentimental meanings but the enamel technique I use creates a stained glass effect and they therefore get even more beautiful when you hold them up to the light. In the same way our lives feel brighter when you look closely and see each individual small positive moment throughout your day.
Each of the large affirmation tokens is hand cut from a sheet of sterling silver and hand enameled using vitreous enamels and the plique-à-jour technique. For more on vitreous enamels please see the FAQ's page.
Each token measures approximately 24mm in diameter and is approximately 1mm thick.
